Spiraling: Moving and writing our way into more connection with ourselves

Sunday August 20th from 1-3pm EST on zoom

Join me for this 2-hour movement and writing workshop. We will use somatic exercises to help ground us in our bodies and settle our nervous systems. Then I will be offering two poems as inspiration to explore what is stirred in us – images, thoughts, emotions, movement.

We will spend some time moving to music with what is alive in us, followed by a practice called spiral writing to let our creative selves have expression through the written word. This workshop is primarily a way to take time for yourself, drop into your body and let your creativity have a place to play. You do not need to have any experience with somatic work or writing to join in this workshop.
