In this workshop, we will explore the images, words, and insights that come from our unconscious, our creative selves, and our bodies and souls through movement to music and creative writing. The work is based on a practice called Music and Active Imagination, as developed by one of my teachers, Marlene Schiwy.

We will be undertaking this exploration during the time heading into Samhain season when the veils between the worlds are thin.  No more powerful moment to make space for our deep creative selves!
